Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Reports To:
Vice President – Sales and Marketing

Position Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales and marketing team by managing administrative functions, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless communication between sales management, field representatives, and other stakeholders.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule all sales-related events, including furniture markets, national sales meetings, and departmental meetings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales management and field sales representatives.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Support sales representatives by addressing inquiries and providing administrative assistance.
  • Collaborate with all team members in the sales and marketing department to achieve shared goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Foster a culture of trust, respect, and professionalism with peers, leaders, and customers.
  • Travel occasionally, as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales or marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
  • Self-starter who works independently and takes initiative.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively both internally and externally.
