While the industry standard is to source parts from abroad, our standard is to get as many as we can from American companies. We go to great lengths to find domestic partners that can supply what we need at an affordable price. When our competitors say, "There's no way we can get that in the States," we say, "No problem."
Mechanisms
Our recliners, swivels and sleepers all operate smoothly because of our domestically-sourced mechanisms from America's Heartland.
Fabric
One of our top-selling fabrics comes from Kings Mountain, N.C. Not only are these fabrics 100% woven in the USA, but they have the smallest carbon footprint of any upholstery fiber.
Foam
You can be confident that our American-made foam is not only extremely comfortable, but also complies with industry guidelines for flammability.
Wood
We source American hardwoods and then send it to Best's Jasper, Ind. Dimension facility, where we grade, kiln-dry and cut our frame parts.

With a system of checks and balances through the entire production process, you can be confident knowing that your custom built furniture is built with attention to detail. After the final inspection, we're not done. To ensure you're furniture arrives in the same condition it left here, we bag, cushion and utilize double-wall cartons. Then every piece is hand-trucked and carefully loaded on to a carrier's trailer.
