We are looking for an individual interested in learning a craft at our wonderful company in either Ferdinand. The candidate will be a key individual in producing our beautiful product in a timely fashion to our customer base. We are seeking highly motivated individuals that excel in a piecework environment.

Essential functions of the job include the following:

• Organize cart order thru prep departments
• Ensure the empty carts are returned to the elevator
• Help inspect – 10% of time
• Order and maintain the thread/stock supplies
• Monitor and maintain sewing supplies for sewing machine operators
• Communicate between all organizers
• Assist with inventory
• Cross train with other organizers in the sewing organization
• Order recuts and distribute recuts, repairs, and service orders
• Pick up spools and bobbins at the end of each month
• Record rejects
• Ensure scanners are turned on and off
• Other duties as assigned
