Job Title: Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager
Reports To: Credit Manager
Summary: Performs duties associated with Credit and Accounts Receivable
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Apply payments to customer accounts
- Generate invoices (backup role)
- Investigate and resolve payment deductions
- Assist with customer phone calls and collection calls
- Process and maintain customer deposits
- Monitor customer accounts
- Review and release new customer orders
- Compile reports for management as needed
