Job Title: Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager

Reports To: Credit Manager

Summary: Performs duties associated with Credit and Accounts Receivable

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Apply payments to customer accounts
  • Generate invoices (backup role)
  • Investigate and resolve payment deductions
  • Assist with customer phone calls and collection calls
  • Process and maintain customer deposits
  • Monitor customer accounts
  • Review and release new customer orders
  • Compile reports for management as needed
