Best Home Furnishings is seeking qualified individuals for Bundle Prep.

Essential functions include the following:

• Learn various model numbers, thread colors, and read tags
• Use shredder to blow fiber into cushions according to guidelines
• Use of water based glue gun
• Use staple gun to apply cardboard or pad
• Unload and load product, sort and stage product and/or carts
• Operate stand up hector sewing machine
• Learn and perform the sewing prep processes
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Maintain a consistent work pace
• Able to use a foot control for stuffing machine
• Able to work scheduled hours on a regular basis, which could include overtime
• Adhere to quality standards and safety practices as defined in the work instructions
• Must be organized
• Must be self-motivated and able to function well in a team environment
• Able to work independently and demonstrate proper judgment
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Possess willingness to cross-train on other jobs as production dictates
• Lifting weight: 20 lbs. – 30 lbs. frequent

Education or experience required: High school or equivalent
